+ A four year degree (B.A., B.S.) from an accredited college or university

+ A minimum of 6+ years sales experience or equivalent hands-on training with a proven success record

+ Candidates must be computer literate in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint and must have the capacity to analyze numeric data

+ The successful candidate will have excellent presentation skillsEligibility Requirements:

+ Prior sales experience or sales equivalent experience in television or in a digital media environment

+ The successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, and professional with superior negotiating skills

+ Detail-oriented and self-starter

+ Knowledge of and/or experience with Digital Advertising

+ Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills

+ Capacity to work and analyze numeric data

+ Excellent interpersonal and client relation skills

+ Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

+ Strength in prospecting – generating proposals and closing the sale

+ Ability to build and maintain relationships at the senior level
