We are very excited to be extending our product offering to the UK and are seeking an Account Manager to join our team in Belfast. The Account Manager role will support our TeamUnify product, the best in class swimming management software. Focused on the swimming community, we need a strong team player who will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our existing customer base while specifically focusing on renewals, product/feature add-ons, increasing customer engagement and securing customer referrals.

**Responsibilities**

The Account Manager role will contribute to establishing the TeamUnify product offerings within the UK market and accelerate our growth through focus on new customer transition to account management. They will be a key member of a newly formed team that will build and contribute to business success by;



• Developing a well-rounded understanding of our sales philosophy, market and customer needs.

• Ensuring smooth internal account transition from Sales Rep (SR) while delivering on all commitments and timelines.

• Assist customers with the set up and activation of their account.

• Confidently asking discovery questions to fully understand needs/wants of each account.

• Providing consultative feedback/advice to help create the best possible experience for our customers and their entire organization.

• Responding to all inbound sales and service inquiries/requests from current clients.

• Continue to gain advanced product/industry knowledge while developing sales skills to better assist customer calls.

• Fostering a team atmosphere - support your teammates, orientating new hires and sharing lessons learned as necessary.

• Maintaining accurate daily record of sales activity using Salesforce.com.

• Meeting and/or exceeding department metrics and goals.

• Exercising independent judgment and a strong work ethic to effectively manage time and effort to drive sales within your territory.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Minimum Requirements;



• 2+ years of professional experience in sales and/or service preferably within software (SaaS) or web-based applications.

• Proficient use of sales management technologies including (but not limited to) sales automation, marketing automation, dashboard reporting and commission tracking software.

• Experience of using Salesforce or similar CRM.

• Strong customer service skills and a proven track record of the ability to be empathetic and understand needs to provide a positive customer experience.

• Be results oriented and have a proven record of achieving targets and objectives.



Additional Skills and Experience that would be desirable;



• Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT).

• Familiarity of or experience within the UK market relating to swim organisations.
