The Administrative Assistant reports to two Senior Vice Presidents of Marketing, Ad Sales - within the News and Sports groups. The role manages day-to-day administrative functions as well as interfaces with a variety of constituents (both internally and externally).


• Manage calendar, process expense reports, maintain heavy electronic filing, and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in regards to all matters and documents.

• Create and maintain relationships with peers and colleagues as a means to navigate the organization and liaise with all internal and external clients/departments.

• Create, organize and maintain electronic files and lists on all projects and keep updated.

• Determine importance of meeting requests and schedule accordingly.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, both domestic and international. Ability to anticipate travel details, related needs and organize appropriately.

• Manage special projects as designated, specifically, dealing with administrative and coordination issues.

• Assist with internal communications with staff as well as communications with clients.

• Coordinate and prepare materials for staff meetings, conferences and client meetings as necessary.

• Provide ad-hoc assistance and support on projects and presentations, using Excel and PowerPoint, to various departments within the News and Sports teams.


Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years prior relevant experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background.

• Bachelor’s Degree
