**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

Assistant to VP, Director and Manager of Theatrical and Home Entertainment Media



Primary role is to assist these Executives in their day to day operational needs. Candidate must be detail oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and able to work well with others.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Responsible for answering phones and managing messages

+ Schedule and Coordinate Meetings, which includes but is not limited to:

+ Obtaining studio lot drive-on passes

+ Reserving conference rooms

+ Assisting in the set up of meeting rooms, including technical/computer hardware

+ Inviting appropriate parties

+ Manage travel and expenses

+ File and organize documents

+ Coordinate team lunch orders as necessary

+ Facilitate screening of films/footage for agency partners

+ Create PowerPoint slides for filmmaker presentations

+ Assist team with creation and distribution of memos and charts

+ Research and analyze media and promotional campaigns of other studios/networks

+ Review in-flight Digital campaign activity

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum 2 years relevant experience.

+ Previous experience in entertainment, marketing or a related field

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPointEligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
