**Responsibilities**

Role Purpose

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Vice President of Legal Affairs and team for E! and Wilshire Studios.



Responsibilities



+ Word processing of legal documents, editing and proofing.

+ Distribute and coordinate interdepartmental correspondence.

+ Interact with clients, external customers, business associates, and counsel.

+ Manage and track contracts, and other related administrative work.

+ Follow-up with outside parties on contract-related and production legal matters.

+ Provide clerical support such as type and compose general correspondence, faxing and copying , answer and screen phone calls, book travel arrangements/reservations, schedule, coordinate and maintain appointments and meetings, open and distribute mail, coordinate messengers/package delivery, organize and maintain filing system, and execute expense reports, supply requisitions, etc.

+ Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s Degree required

+ 2 year of experience in an administrative support role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelEligibility Requirements
