The Digital Ad Sales Finance team is a centralized organization supporting revenue across the Entertainment, Lifestyle, News, Sports, and Hispanic Sales verticals as well as Strategic Partnerships (“Partners”). Ad Sales Finance supports all aspects of budgeting and reporting of Advertising Sales revenue. The Analyst, Partnerships / FP&A role within Ad Sales Finance is responsible for the day-to-day revenue metrics and financial reporting of Digital Partner revenue. The role reports directly to the VP of Partnerships / FP&A - Digital Ad Sales Finance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ownership of Financial Close process for Portfolio Products (ie: Programmatic) and existing Partners (YouTube, Vox, Buzzfeed, AOL, etc.)

• Collaboration with Sales on revenue modeling / forecasting of Portfolio Products and Partners

• Partnership and Programmatic Revenue reporting and pacing

• Calculation of all Partner Revenue shares

• Reporting and tracking of portfolio Upfront spending

• Ad Hoc Advertiser / Agency spending reports

• Working cross-functionally on ad hoc, Sales related project work



• BA/BS 4-year degree in business, accounting or finance

• 1+ years of finance or accounting experience with a focus in media

• Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis required

• Demonstrated analytical strength and process mindset … ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy

• Ability to build financial models and presentations for senior leadership

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills, especially ability to influence and lead change in cross-functional teams

• High energy and ability to multi-task
