**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities



+ Lead analyst for portfolio sales reporting

+ Responsible for preparing, reconciling and issuing reports on key portfolio sales metrics (such as cash pacing, sell out, liability pacing, options, etc.) on a weekly basis

+ Develop data extract and analysis routines using Ad Sales reporting tools to support strategic planning and monetization management

+ Collaborate with Sales Solutions in the development of a new Ad Sales reporting suite

+ Collaborate with Sales Solutions & Finance to develop custom reporting needs and implementation

+ Analyze portfolio performance against trends and budget objectives to drive financial performance

+ Lead coordinator for the NBCU Programmatic TV product. Facilitating day to day rate card management, triggering plan building process and liaison with 3rd party vendors to insure a seamless execution.

+ Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks

+ Track ongoing projects

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Qualifications



+ BA/BS degree required

+ Minimum 3 years experience in media sales environment

+ Previous experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Intermediate skills in analytics systems preferred (Sintec, Microstrategy, SFDC, etc.)

+ Strong analytical mind, able to draw connections & make hypothesis based on available data

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills in PowerPoint and Word with superior ability to use Excel for manipulating and presenting data, including the use of visual tools to create and deliver meaningful presentations to a diverse group of business partners

+ Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of the organization, both written and verbally

+ Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced/fluid environment and work with minimal direction

+ Relevant experience in Ad Sales planning and/or finance is a plusEligibility Requirements
