**Responsibilities**



+ Evaluates and reports on industry, product segment, and customer performance

+ Tracks UPHE performance versus competition and provides insights into trends

+ As power user of syndicated sales reporting software, manages ad-hoc analysis requests and projects as necessary

+ Facilitates annual planning and monthly reforecast processes, working directly with Sales and Finance teams.

+ Develops and maintains uniform scorecards of key performance indicators

+ Performs post analysis on key promotions and events

+ Provides forecasting and quarterly recaps for key distribution partners

+ Develops title forecasts to facilitate reprice and promotion planning approval process

**Qualifications/Requirements**



+ Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance

+ One to two years consumer packaged goods, strategic planning, retail planning, or category management experience

+ Strong forecasting, analytical, and financial modeling skills
