**Role Summary:**

The Partners team works with independent movie studios to release their films into the home entertainment market on both physical and digital platforms. Brand Marketing is responsible for taking a lead role in the development/planning, analysis, marketing, and execution of product campaigns.

The Assistant Manager, Brand Marketing is an integral part of the North America Partnership Brand Marketing team and will be responsible for executing and supporting the strategic planning process for all brand marketing efforts to meet Universal Pictures Home Entertainment’s product and brand objectives.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Providing valuable support, managing tasks and projects that contribute and help the team achieve organization goals

+ Gathering, coordinating and distributing relevant data to key stakeholders including third party partners

+ Take proactive role in development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies

+ Supports the Partners Marketing team in development of creative strategy, budget creation and management, P&L preparation, business analyses

+ Ensures timely dissemination and accuracy of title related information

+ Supports Director and Manager in communicating to all support departments

+ Manages the timeline for assigned projects, keeping brand team and cross-functional teams on deadline

+ Traffics creative materials and trade documents for approvals

+ Provide promotion cost, sales, and other key metric estimates

+ Conducts special projects as needed, including market research, competitive market and title analysis of retail activities

+ Create PowerPoint presentations as needed

+ Monitors activities of competitors and industry trends


Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 1 year of consumer marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to proactively lead initiatives to make a positive difference at a consumer-centric organization

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

+ Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent work experienceAdditional Job Requirements
