The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and support related tasks. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the challenges and exciting pace of a job in the entertainment industry. In this position, you will be supporting the heavy incoming traffic of a producer’s desk. You will be working with writers as a liaison between various studio departments. Requires excellent interpersonal skills, adept at dealing with talent and maintaining relationships/being proactive.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ A high degree of confidentiality and discretion are expected in regards to all matters and documents.

+ Primary role is to provide support to show Producer.

+ Assist in copying and distributing scripts and rundowns.

+ Answering phones and taking messages.

+ Conduct online research relevant to sketches and material being written for the show.

+ Keeping up with changes as scripts are rewritten throughout the week.


Basic Qualifications:

+ Prior executive assistant experience in TV or features (preferably at a studio or network) supporting senior executives.

+ Minimum 1 year experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)Eligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV through to be considered.

+ Bachelor's degree or higher.

+ Willingness to work overtime and be flexible with hours.

+ Must be willing to work in New York, NY

+ Must have work authorization to work in the United States.

+ Must be 18 years or older.
