**Responsibilities**



+ Define digital product strategy and evangelize the vision to stakeholders.

+ Identify market trends and opportunities in the digital space.

+ Drive product ideation, development, implementation and education.

+ Manage team of product specialists, designers, UX and data analysts.

+ Interface with departmental leads to which will be translated into scope and requirements documents for the development team

+ Collaborate with cross functional departments, executives and external partners to, gather requirements to manage and deliver all projects on time and within budget.

+ Collaborate with the Sales Teams to identify monetization opportunities as it relates to new products

+ Work with editorial and engineering leads to determine best practices and identify development roadblocks for specific deliverables

+ Identify milestones and assign detailed deliverables to relevant individuals/teams

+ Ensure that project schedules adhere to the product roadmap and advise senior leadership of potential conflicts

+ Quantitatively analyze results to drive product direction & strategy.

+ Identify potential new product opportunities or enhancements to existing products and present to internal/external stakeholders.

+ Creatively conceive and champion best practices for new and ongoing processes.

**Qualifications/Requirements**



Basic Qualifications:



+ Candidate must have BA or BS and a minimum of 7 years of digital experience

+ Must have desktop, mobile web and mobile app product experience

+ Must be proficient with MS Office software (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook)Eligibility Requirements:
