**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required; majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field preferred

• 1-3 years of work experience in an IT support function

• Experience managing Point-of-Sale systems; Enterprise POS preferred

• Familiarity with Gratuity Management systems

• Familiarity with New Store Opening procedures

• Experience with above store systems (inventory control, labor management and reporting)

• Understanding of SQL database and query best practices including triggers, stored procedures and reporting using SSRS

• Experience with relational database and operating systems experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of Payment Card Industry compliance regulations

• Understanding of Sarbanes and Oxley

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Strong team oriented interpersonal and communication skills

• Provide after business hours/weekend systems support for major application incidents and part of the IT on call rotation

• Willingness to travel and or work weekends with short notice

• Must be able to stand long period of time

• Must be able to lift 25 pounds

**Desired Characteristics**

• Experience supporting a large Point of Sale application is preferred; POS in the food or merchandise industry or FREEDOM-POS (MATRA/Clarity/Omnico)

• Experience with Kitchen Display Systems Preferred

• Strong team oriented interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with general programming/scripting languages (Batch, VBscript, Powershell, etc.)

• Experience with general programming languages (.Net, Windows Forms, ASP.Net)

• Experience with inventory and purchasing software systems and inventory cycles

• Familiarity with Revenue Reconciliation practices and troubleshooting techniques

• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively contribute to multiple projects in an efficient manner

• Ability to manage a high volume of details with excellent accuracy

• Ability to work in a high pressure environment when necessary

• Strong track record meeting targets and objectives

• Able to listen and communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-function peers

• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred

• Results oriented with a history of problem resolution and prevention

• Effectively handle sensitive and confidential matters
