Basic Qualifications

+ BS/BA in a relevant field

+ Minimum two (2) years’ experience as a Project Manager using MS Project or similar software, working within a technology team, technology department, or an IT department

+ Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with a corporate infrastructure teams and with web technologies

+ Minimum one (1) year experience working directly with small to medium digital delivery projects

+ Understanding of project management methodologies, ability to carry out project management concepts, preferably PMI‘s PMBOK or Agile approaches

+ Familiar with IP video streaming technologies

+ Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and their underlying technical concepts

+ Familiar with digital video player integration, Adobe Heartbeat analytics, Akamai/CDN, and standard streaming formats such as HLS and fMP4

+ Familiar with mobile apps (iOS, Android) and connected devices (Roku, tvOS, Chromecast, etc.) Eligibility Requirements

+ Ability to lead meetings including creating pertinent agendas, managing conversations, and summarizing the results into a set of decisions made and next steps

+ Exhibits excellent organization skills, communication skills and attention to detail, and has the ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences

+ Knowledge of web, online video and mobile standards, best practices, design and usability principles, and constraints within web, mobile and e-mail formats

+ Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments (Business Development, Sales, Network Operations, WebOps, Analytics, Ad Sales Operations, etc.) to complete projects on time

+ Willing to continually learn about new technologies, project management methodologies and adapt to ever-changing business and industry needs

+ Ability to break down business concepts, tasks or problems into more simple, understandable language and action plans

+ Ability to manage external resources, including vendors and freelancers

+ Ability to self-start, self-manage, meet deadlines and learn from mistakes

+ Enjoys a challenging, fast-paced environment

+ Possess a passion for digital media and the sports business
