**Role Summary:**

The UPHE Content Group is an independent mini-studio within the infrastructure of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) and distribution footprint of NBCUniversal. With offices around the world and central headquarters in London, the UPHE Content Group discovers, acquires and produces a diverse range of quality content across a multitude of genres for global distribution. It’s multi-platform sales and distribution footprint includes theatrical, physical, digital (SVOD & transactional), TV (free and pay) as well as consumer products. The business uniquely focuses on managing talents, partnerships, brands and titles across all rights and across their full lifecycle.

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for taking a lead role in the development/planning, analysis, marketing, and execution of title campaigns.

The Manager will be the champion for our films/products with external resources/agencies and across the organization, including creative services, legal, publicity, finance, operations, and more. The Manager’s main goal is to maximize the profitability of each release, as well as handling special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing of UPHE Content Group. This is a challenging role with great visibility across the Company and exceptional learning opportunities.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Oversees the creation of the marketing materials (trailers, posters, TV/digital spots, digital/print ads) to ensure projects are executed to budget and profitability is maximized.

+ Maintains the Marketing and Distribution budget; gathers and updates cost information and gathers all required approvals.

+ Tracks acquisition deliverables for all requirements of the product lifecycle, including marketing materials.

+ Develops and maintains delivery and marketing tracking reports ensuring that all project materials are executed according to schedule.

+ Works closely with creative vendors, filmmakers and legal to secure approvals.

+ Submits materials to the MPAA.

+ Responds to filmmaker inquiries across all aspects of the business.

+ Interacts and maintains relationships with members of other business units at Universal, as well as third parties.

+ Performs other related duties to support the departmental team and Company as requested by management.

+ Conducts post-analyses and compiles key learnings.

+ Creates PowerPoint presentations as needed.


Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to proactively lead initiatives to make a positive difference at a consumer-centric organization.

+ Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

+ Be able to multi-task and balance priorities and deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment.

+ Proficient with MS Office package.

+ Knowledge of Photoshop is preferred but not required.Eligibility Requirements:
