**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities:

• Mobilize the domestic game and digital industry resources, explore the games and digital content licensing opportunities;

• Identify new partners/renew existing partners to establish and maintain long-term win-win partnerships;

• Responsible for the project negotiation, contract signing and implementation;

• Ensure partners fully understand and are in compliance with company’s business standards and regulations. Actively monitor project ongoing performance and related services are well delivered at standard level ;

• Become a point-of-contact for the project in the planning, developing and publishing process among internal and external stakeholders to achieve sales target;

• Maintain a strong awareness of local game trends to contribute to determine strategies and plans

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Requirements:

• 5 years + working experience in the IP licensing business development, familiar with game and digital content licensing process;

• Good understanding of the gaming industry;

• Strong knowledge of project management;

• Have brand awareness;

• Proactively working style, take initiatives to improve process, proactively communicate;

• Strong organization and coordination ability, excellent communication ability, planning and execution ability bring deliverables to completion
