PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

Role Purpose

This role will support the integration needs of NBC Sports properties.


+ Work with the Sr. Duet Designer in maintaining and developing the network infrastructure for live event and studio shows

+ Work with Art Directors, Senior Designers and the creative team to integrate new graphics into a Network based insert package

+ Help to support and maintain the Network insert package for all shows and work to maintain an elite level of graphics standards

+ Support NBC Sports properties by versioning and QCing approved graphics and toolkits

+ Prepare, integrate and/or maintain a wide range of essential elements including:• Fundamental disk setup for remote and studio events• Integration of new and specialty items• Microsoft Excel databases• Data Integration• VB Scripting


Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum five (5) years’ experience working at a network or broadcast design agencyAdditional Qualifications

+ Fluency in the language of on-air show packaging and insert graphic elements a must

+ Understanding of the implementation of insert design elements in network television and live sports environments a must

+ Advanced understanding of Chyron design and animation techniques

+ Strong understanding of Microsoft excel integration with Chyron

+ Experience with VB Scripting in the Chyron environment strongly desiredEligibility Requirements
