**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities:

- Be an expert on the PRIV platform (iOS, Android, and web)

- Handle all inbound and outbound user communication through phone, email and live chat

- Prioritize and troubleshoot user issues with a sense of urgency

- Proactively assist users with recommendations and general account support

- Maintain a strong user satisfaction score

- Contribute to special client relations projects

- Participate in cross-departmental initiatives

- Be a champion of the PRIV brand

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Requirements:

- 1-3 years of customer service experience

- Be comfortable with mobile technologies

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

- Be well spoke and have impeccable grammar and spelling

- Strong communicate skills

- Out-going and energetic personality

- Be willing to work flexible hours, weekends and evening shifts
