**Responsibilities**

Position Overview

The Information Technology division is led by Michael Bradshaw who serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer for NBCUniversal. He is responsible for leading and overseeing global technology strategy and applications, corporate systems, infrastructure and operations for the company’s worldwide media portfolio. The IT portfolio includes technology for Broadcast and Cable TV, Universal Pictures, News, Parks and Resorts, Sports and Olympics, Digital, Media Labs, and Sales, Research and Analytics, and NBCUniversal’s International group.

The division is comprised of a team of technologists who are responsible for partnering with the lines of business to drive their individual technology strategies, as well as maintaining a solid core technical foundation, enabling the company to manage financial & HR systems, email, network, data and technical service centers, etc.



The Business Analyst, IT Communications role will serve as part of the Office of the CIO and support global IT initiatives. This role will manage a variety of recurring IT communications, including executive reports, leadership roundtables, and town halls. In addition, this role will develop ad hoc communications as needed, and manage the IT-wide approval process for events, conferences, and speaking engagements.



This role reports into the head of the Office of the CIO and will be a key member of the IT Strategy and Communications function.



Key Responsibilities:



+ Create recurring operational reporting to summarize IT’s performance to executive audiences

+ Facilitate IT communications content development, review, and approval processes

+ Attend key IT meetings as needed to identify and support communications content delivery

+ Coordinate logistics and develop communications for quarterly town halls and leadership off-sites

+ Coordinate IT leadership roundtables with members of the IT team

+ Manage the approval process for events, conferences and speaking engagements across IT

+ Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ B.A./B.S degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, IT or related field strongly preferred

+ Minimum 3 years of experience supporting IT communications, training, and report development

+ Strong writing and editorial acumen

+ Solid documentation experience with Visio, Word, Excel, MS Project or related applications

+ Exceptional communication and facilitation skills

+ Ability to effectively present ideas and communicate with senior leadership

+ Ability to navigate and collate differing opinions within the organization

+ Ambitious and goal oriented, with initiative to work until job is complete

+ Ability to distill complex ideas into simplified, consumable content

+ Highly collaborative problem solverEligibility Requirements
