**Responsibilities**

Essential Responsibilities:

• Support SVP and VP of Communications with all administrative duties, including phone coverage, scheduling, travel and expenses

• Manage phone calls to ensure that attention is always given to the most urgent requests first

• Update and maintain calendars and contacts

• Schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and book catering and AV/IT as needed

• Track and file departmental invoices/accounting and reconcile departmental purchasing cards

• Act as liaison between executive and internal departments and external business associates to ensure that all matters are attended to in an efficient and timely matter

• Research and coordinate daily press clips distribution and compile coverage reports for Bravo & Oxygen press campaigns as assigned

• Compile and distribute internal reports as directed

• Coordinate distribution of Bravo & Oxygen press materials to media

• Update and maintain press contact lists

• As requested, assist team with talent and events travel, logistics and coordination, including TCAs, Upfronts, screenings, media tours and more

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with talent, producers, public relations agencies and representatives, agents, managers, production staffs, media and programming executives in order to ensure maximum coverage for Bravo & Oxygen programming

• Service daily media requests as requested

• Additional projects as assigned
