**Responsibilities**

Role Purpose

The Learning Manager will be responsible for project managing the technical design and development of all online training courses associated with NBCUniversal’s Legal Training Program including Ethics & Compliance, Privacy, and Employment. Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the NBCU and Comcast Compliance and Learning teams, and the NBCU Law Department and with external training developers, translators and other vendors, the E-Learning Manager will oversee the development and delivery of all NBCU online compliance and other legal training courses, ensuring the courses are developed to meet the technical requirements of our SAP Success Factors Learning Management System (LMS), function properly within those systems, are assigned appropriately to a defined audience, and are launched and tracked to completion across all domestic and international locations with minimal disruption to business operations.



Responsibilities



+ Manage the design and development of the Company’s ethics and compliance and other legal online, mobile-ready and in-person training courses, serving as a liaison between subject matter experts at NBCUniversal and Comcast and the HR Learning team (as needed), and working both independently and with outside training developers, translators and other vendors to create courses that meet NBCUniversal technical and content requirements. Facility Experienced classroom trainer/facilitator. Expertise with Articulate Storyline required.

+ Ensure all courses are completed under budget and within required timeframe. Requires strong project management skills, ability to manage budgets and work with multiple teams in a high pressure environment.

+ •Maintain ethics and compliance brand and design standards, ensuring all courses are developed in accordance with course design parameters and technical requirements. Work with vendor course developers and LMS technical managers to test courses prior to deployment to ensure course functionality and performance stability.

+ Oversee assignment of courses to general and targeted employee populations using detailed SAP data, sorting and analysis, and our internal Learning Management System. Work with Compliance, Legal, HR and operational teams to ensure assignments are accurate and kept up to date based on specific criteria.

+ Provide regular reports showing completion rates, status of assignments, effectiveness of communications efforts and other data points to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date regarding the status of completions and provided with information regarding the effectiveness of all training and communication efforts. Requires facility with personnel and learning management systems (e.g., SAP Success Factors LMS), Excel, PowerPoint and Word and ability to convey information in various graphical formats.

Qualifications/Requirements



+ At least 3-5 years working in a learning management/training role

+ Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to work independently on projects of high complexity with minimal supervision.

+ Experience building on-line and mobile-ready training through Articulate Storyline e-learning software.

+ Experience deploying training through an online LMS and interfacing with systems and technology teams.

+ Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning processes, instructional design techniques, and evaluation methodologies.

+ Ability to work effectively with all levels of management, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget and with consistently high quality work product.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and changing environment.

+ Experience with the preparation of presentations, slide decks and training materials and delivering in-person training.

+ Strong verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

+ Strong computer skills and proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Eligibility Requirements
