**Responsibilities**

Role Purpose

The Compliance Manager or Director (depending on years/level of experience) will identify, review and monitor compliance risks and matters, and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including Compliance Team members, members of the Legal Department and Human Resources to drive implementation of and enhance the Compliance Program.



Responsibilities



+ Partner with NBCUniversal Compliance group members and other stakeholders to help develop, implement, communicate and maintain legal and compliance policies and procedures.

+ Develop and manage database for tracking all US government contracts, maintaining detailed records of Federal Acquisition Regulations, state and local statutory requirements and other contract terms.

+ Manage compliance program workflows to track details regarding gifts and business entertainment to private and public business partners.

+ Assist Compliance VP in providing training and distributing communications regarding pay to play, political donations and government gifts and business entertainment regulations to business executives and other stakeholders.

+ Coordinate with others on the Compliance Team and in the Legal Department to anticipate and understand changing business models and develop corresponding processes to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

+ Monitor updates to laws and regulations, assess the impact on current NBCUniversal systems and processes, and modify processes and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance.

+ Assist with various compliance projects and perform other compliance program-related duties as needed.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ BA from accredited college or university.

+ CCEP or equivalent certification a plus.

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a compliance professional with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the required elements of effective compliance programs.

+ Experience implementing systems and processes designed to track government contracts and compliance with U.S. federal, state and local regulations (e.g., pay to play laws, electioneering/campaign finance laws, government gifting laws, etc.).Eligibility Requirements

+ Experience in/exposure to international compliance matters, including FCPA, Anti-Money Laundering, Antitrust, and US/EU sanctions matters.

+ Exposure to internal investigation processes, government investigations, and/or experience in the white-collar crimes practice area.

+ Fluency/facility with foreign language a plus.
