**Responsibilities**

Role Purpose



+ The Compliance Manager/Director will identify, review and monitor compliance risks and matters, and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including Compliance Team members, members in the Legal Department and Human Resources to drive implementation of and enhance the Compliance Program.Responsibilities

+ Partner with members of the Compliance Team and other stakeholders to help develop, implement, communicate and maintain legal and compliance policies, procedures and controls.

+ Manage compliance program workflows to assess levels of risk, implement controls and track due diligence, training, contracts and approvals of third party intermediaries including third party TV and Film production companies traveling to international locations, customs brokers, facilitators and administrative service providers.

+ Lead training sessions, both in-person and by video or teleconference, for third party intermediaries on compliance with NBCUniversal policies and procedures, including our Code of Conduct and specific policies designed to ensure compliance with FCPA and applicable anti-corruption laws.

+ Work with members of the NBCUniversal and Comcast Compliance Teams and other stakeholders to develop and implement a system for tracking transfers of controlled technology to ensure compliance with Export Administration Regulations and other legal requirements.

+ Coordinate with others on the Compliance Team and in the Legal Department to anticipate and understand changing business models and develop corresponding processes to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

+ Monitor updates to laws and regulations, assess the impact on current NBCUniversal systems and processes, and modify processes and procedures as necessary to ensure compliance.

+ Assist with various compliance projects and perform other compliance program-related duties as needed.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ BA from accredited college or university.

+ CCEP or equivalent certification a plus.

+ Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a compliance professional with demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the required elements of effective compliance programs.

+ Experience leading in-person training, webinars and teleconference training sessions on policy compliance, particularly compliance with FCPA and other anti-corruption laws.

+ Experience with third party due diligence and tracking systems, systems designed to mitigate anti-corruption/FCPA risk and systems tracking compliance with import/export and sanctions regulations.

+ Experience in/exposure to international compliance matters, including FCPA, Anti-Money Laundering, Antitrust, and US/EU sanctions matters.

+ Exposure to internal investigation processes, government investigations, and/or experience in the white-collar crimes practice area.

+ Fluency/facility with foreign languages a plus.Eligibility Requirements
