Role Purpose

The Content Manager will serve as a member of the NBC Sports Regional Networks digital content team, working in conjunction with the Content Director and Content Coordinator. This role will help to drive successful multiplatform content execution across all platforms and devices.

Job Duties

+ Manage digital content creation across all RSNsCoordinate distribution of digital and social content across RSN web, app and social platforms

+ Communicate with and help enforce the overarching content strategy for the RSNs; programming by day-part and platform

+ Ensure high-quality standards for all content creation and presentation across platforms including desktop, mobile and connected devices

+ Work with business intelligence team to incorporate real-time data to inform editorial decisions

+ Monitor web, mobile and social traffic surrounding team coverage on owned and competing services


Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

+ Minimum five (5) years’ experience working in Digital Media Additional Qualifications

+ In-depth knowledge of successful web and social media content strategies and live streaming

+ Experience with CMS and site management

+ Experience in Sports and/or News categories

+ Knowledge of and passion for sports Additional Job Requirements
