Role Purpose

NBCUniversal is looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized and highly efficient individual to work within the Content & Production Risk Legal group handling production- and marketing- related agreements and issues, along with other tasks and matters.


+ Draft, review and negotiate production and marketing agreements (including location agreements, vendor agreements, below-the-line talent agreements and intellectual property licenses)

+ Provide timely and thoughtful advice on potential risks and issues

+ Process and upload contracts and correspondence into group files and databases

+ Conduct legal and other research and prepare memos

+ Create and update forms

+ Otherwise assist the Director of Contract Administration and attorneys in the Content & Production Risk group


Basic Qualifications

+ 2-3 years+ of experience in a professional role requiring strong analytic and organizational skills and careful attention to detail

+ Bachelor's DegreeEligibility Requirements

+ Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through to be considered

+ Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

+ Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
