The Contract Administrator is responsible for handling television license agreements and any other administration tasks. This position provides support to the VP Business/Legal Administration on other administrative tasks as needed.



• Perform administrative tasks in connection with the issuance of the license agreements, i.e. create cover letter/envelopes, update contract status (in SAFE), prepare & check Ubook airwaybills, run follow-up letters/reports, schedule calls with different international sales liaison offices to discuss outstanding contracts/amendments or any other issues relating to contracts/amendments, scan & attach fully executed in SAFE, etc;

• For new media or volume agreements, upon receipt of final execution version, review/scan through and fix formatting/numbering (if and when necessary), print execution copies, save in shared folder final execution version. Upon full execution, do internal distribution of both the fully executed PDF version & final WORD version.

• Liaise with London and Amsterdam offices on matters pertaining to the license agreements and/or new media/volume agreements;

• Maintain up-to-date files (Files Management including archiving); manage extensive volume of paper/electronic files/documents; answer phones;

• Provide (routine) administrative support to the Department in general;

• Prepare license agreements for Free TV, Basic Cable and Pay TV customers worldwide, using in-house contract assembly system (SAFE);

• Prepare short form license agreements. deal memos, amendments and any other legal documents as deemed needed;

• Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.


• Minimum high-school diploma GCE ‘A’ level equivalent or CILEX Legal Secretary level

• Highly accurate and strong attention to details;

• Excellent and accurate oral and written English communication skills;

• Strong work ethic; commitment to quality; initiative & strong self-motivation;

• Team player; able to work in groups; willing to assist others as needed;

• Experience with department procedures and high integrity (e.g., maintaining confidential documents).

• Strong Microsoft office (Word) skills and be computer literate;


• Previous working experience in an international office environment preferably secretarial/ administration duties;

• Past experience in working with multiple clients (internal/external) and departments, etc.;

• Able to work independently; effective time management skills; able to perform multiple tasks concurrently (flexibility); prioritize effectively;

• Have experience in providing clear and concise communications to a variety of diverse business units.
