The coordinator Brand Marketing will provide project support for the SVP of Brand Marketing, Animation, as well as the VP and Manager of Brand Marketing.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Manage and organize cross-divisional requests as it applies to film marketing, assets and sales materials. Attend weekly UPL Assets meeting and provide updates on theatrical brand marketing.

+ Create worldwide sales materials for opportunistic film properties and gather brand research/audits.

+ Manage and maintain acquisition, cataloguing and distribution of confidential film assets and sales materials. Manage all documents, presentations, assets for each property.

+ Manage the process for Final Filmmaker and Executive Presentations. Create the templates to be used for the presentations. Interface with the departments necessary to the presentations. Work with the department assistant in scheduling a/v and coordinating room set up.

+ On an as needed basis, create pitch materials and lead the presentation on behalf of Brand team for internal division and key partner meetings


Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 2 years administrative assistant experience

+ Minimum 2 years relevant Marketing experience

+ Efficiency in Powerpoint and Keynote

+ Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through to be considered

+ Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred
