**Desired Characteristics**

• Experience in executing media at a junior level a must

• Must be have an interest in the genre of True Crime programming

• Eagerness to learn new skills and the ability to maneuver through ambiguity

• Strong communication skills, unafraid of asking questions

• Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word; all social platforms

• Must be able to work at a fast pace while managing deadlines and maintaining a professional attitude

• Superior organizational skills and strong multi-tasking abilities

• Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to ask for help in prioritizing tasks

• Proactive in staying aware of and engaged with developments in marketing, TV, and current news

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
