**Responsibilities**

Job Purpose

The Coordinator’s responsibilities will include handling a busy desk, managing day-to-day administrative and scheduling functions, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions and outside companies. This person will also serve as a part of the creative operations team, working to help organize the creative department’s various projects and workflow. This position will report to the SVP, Digital Content in the NBC Entertainment Marketing & Digital organization.



Essential Responsibilities:



+ A flexible and willing team player who is a self-starter with the ability to coordinate and organize extensive meetings, manage busy calendar and phones, prepare presentations, and correspondence

+ Complete administrative duties that include, but are not limited to, reconciling corporate credit cards, executive travel and expense reports, coordinating IT and facilities service, arranging departmental meetings, executive conference calls, preparing internal and external distributions and correspondence

+ Prioritize multiple assignments and projects while assisting with administrative and operational responsibilities of the department.

+ Conduct research on request and maintain a general awareness of trends and competitive landscape in television and digital

+ Must exercise a high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum two years’ experience within a digital or entertainment company covering an executive desk

+ Interest and understanding of television industry, digital marketing, social media and online video preferred

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and experience with both PC and Mac.Eligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

+ Willingness to work overtime and on weekends with short notice; having a flexible schedule to work is key for this role

+ Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

+ Must have work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be 18 years or older

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program

+ Strong interest in digital, entertainment and technology. Generally tech savvy. Love of television a plus.

+ Ability to think on your feet and anticipate issues before they happen

+ Detail-oriented with the ability to interface with all levels of NBCUniversal personnel and the creative community as well as all levels of the NBC organization.

+ Able to work in a fast paced environment while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude.
