**Role Summary**

Coordinate projects and day-to-day operations for Games and Digital Platforms department including: updating schedules, tracking data and facilitating communications.

**Essential Responsibilities**

+ Provide project and day-to-day support to the VP of Production, Producers and Publishing execs on the Games and Digital Platform team

+ Heavy scheduling and prepping for internal and external meetings, including with key divisional stakeholders, production partners and game developers

+ Generate, maintain, and track all notes and outcomes from meetings

+ Support smooth communication across the Games & Digital Platforms team

+ Administer expense reports for VP of Production

+ Coordinate travel arrangements for executives

+ Keep track of all conferences that the Production executives may want to attend

+ Responding to, managing and executing various ad hoc requests and projects

+ Other duties/special projects are required as needed and assigned by supervisor


**Basic Qualifications:**

+ Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

+ 2+ years of administrative experience in fast-paced working environment

+ Must be very organized, pay extreme attention to detail

+ Excellent communication (oral and written) skills **Eligibility Requirements:**
