**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

The Global Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of the Global Brand Marketing organization responsible for managing a variety of product and marketing support systems.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Set up, track, update and manage Global and North America product releases including release date, format configuration, rating, synopsis, genre, run-time, etc. into required systems and update information as it evolves

+ Collaborate with Brand Managers to manage key dates and milestones, following up as needed and helping reinforce accountability

+ Create Global long-lead title planning documents to guide operational production and demand planning for GWPs, Gift Sets, and Special Edition Packaging

+ Compile and distribute the Global SKU Strategy Grid to Operations

+ Upload Marketing Guidelines into required systems.

+ Traffic OPCO requests/questions to appropriate managers

+ Create and track Purchase Orders and manage communications between vendors and Accounts Payable

+ Maintain and distribute Global Release Schedule and track North America competitive release date information

+ Create reports for Brand Team analysis, including sales performance, pricing, and campaign performance

+ Identify, compile, and recommend critic’s quotes to be leveraged on packaging and in marketing; work with Publicity on clearance and communicate usage guidelines to Creative, Digital Marketing, Digital Distribution and NA Customer Marketing

+ Prepare agendas and capture notes for select meetings

+ Manage distribution lists

+ Support and contribute to sharing of best practices globally

**Qualifications/Requirements**

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:

Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 1 year of marketing or related experience managing projects.

+ Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, working with web-based systems, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAdditional Job Requirements
