Job Purpose

The Coordinator for the NBC Entertainment Digital Business Development department responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative and business development functions, and serving as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions. This position will report to the SVP Digital Business Development and Strategy and support the Digital Business Development department.

Essential Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate and organize extensive meetings, manage busy calendars and phones, prepare presentations and correspondence

+ Manage SVP’s and VP’s calendar, respond to incoming invites, create weekly and monthly meetings

+ Liaise between department and outside companies for various meetings/presentations

+ Track competitive digital environment

+ Conduct research upon request

+ Manage and update various Ad Sales, Business Development and Digital Integration reports

+ Book travel for all department travel and handle all travel expense reports

+ Set up all Audio Visual requests

+ Coordinate IT and facilities service, arrange all office services and maintenance reports

+ General administrative duties including copying, faxing, filing, FedEx, processing and tracking vendor invoices


Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum 1 year relevant work experience

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPointEligibility Requirements:

+ Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered

+ Willingness to work long hours and on weekends with short notice

+ Must be willing to work in New York, NY

+ Must have work authorization to work in the United States

+ Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s alternative Dispute Resolution Program
