Role Purpose

The Content Strategy Coordinator for USA Network will be scheduling and coordinating promotional assets to support on-air and On Demand programming. S/he will support the overall media planning strategies and help generate brand awareness by ensuring that all priorities for marketing and programming are being efficiently promoted on-air and on demand. S/he must be skilled in organizing and planning with the ability to hit hard deadlines.


•Help maximize USA viewership by strategically scheduling promos & graphics in the scheduling system to maximize reach and frequency.

•Work closely with Graphics team to build assets for on-air.

•Coordinate rollout campaigns for USA originals by creating production deliverables and communicating closely with Production and Network Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets.

•Create scheduling elements and screening promos and graphics to ensure the correct elements are delivered for air.

•Maintain and update accurate data in on-air scheduling system

•QC and troubleshoot On Demand content across all platforms (STB,TVE, SVOD, OTT)

•Manage video distribution process for USA Network content, create metadata and ensure proper syndication to USA On Demand, USANetwork.com, USA Now mobile app and dMVPDs

•Perform audits for On Demand competitive analysis

•Assist and troubleshoot metadata for USA Network content


Basic Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in communications, film, television or related field

•Minimum 1 year experience working in Marketing or Programming

•Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

•Excellent attention to detail, strong communication & organizational skills

•Ability to multitask
