+ Create, update and maintain TV (Library and Current) and Film synopses, talent, genre and awards information in English and Spanish within NBCU’s internal sales databases

+ Coordinate with Telemundo team to track all metadata for the library and upcoming productions

+ Read scripts / watch screening material and write coverage

+ Collaborate with the Sales Planning Team and International Marketing department on client facing sales assets such as sell sheets and pitches

+ Perform clerical and other duties as requested by the Sales Planning Team and Senior ManagementThe responsibilities associated with this position are not limited to the above description and may be modified at any time by the company.


Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university

+ Candidate must be fluent in speaking and writing in English and Spanish

+ Excellent knowledge of TV/Film product; knowledge of Telemundo preferable

+ Excellent creative writing skills; strong communication skills and people skills

+ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including strong Excel and Power-Point skills

+ Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to interact with diverse groups internationally

+ Solid leadership and communication skills and proven marketing skills;

+ Ability to effectively handle multiple competing priorities;

+ Strong team player;

+ Ability to take constructive criticism and be willing to re-write or edit reports as needed

+ Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities

+ Proven ability to form working relationships and collaborate with others across all business units

+ Ability to demonstrate proactive thinking/self-starter approachAdditional Job Requirements
