**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities



+ Assist corporate legal team providing support for NBCUniversal Global Real Estate

+ Manage, review and negotiate leases, license agreements, brokerage agreements, construction related agreements (general contractor, engineer, architect, etc.), estoppels and subordination agreements (primarily from the Tenant perspective)

+ Conduct diligence and provide real estate guidance in connection with M&A transactions

+ Provide legal advice relating to day-to-day facilities issues

+ Ensure consistent application of company best practices

+ Other matters at the direction of senior attorneys

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ JD or LLM

+ Member of New York bar or other U.S. state bar

+ Minimum 5+ years commercial real estate experience, with heavy leasing experience, at a law firm or comparable in-house position

+ Strong drafting and negotiation skills

+ Ability to work independently and juggle conflicting deadlinesEligibility Requirements
