**Role Summary:**

The Custom Animation Production Coordinator is a support role integral to the production of custom marketing content for multiple DWA divisions including Feature Film, TV and Home Entertainment. This position supports the Custom Animation team with ever evolving tasks, both administrative and production management based.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Assists Custom Animation Department in all evolving support needs including: calendar booking/scheduling, updating documents, note taking and distribution, coordination of reviews with business, design, film and TV teams; timecard processing, expense reports, archive management, content delivery watermarking and packaging; and Feature and TV reference requests.

+ Works with team to maintain the ever changing Custom Animation schedule.

+ Manages the department calendar and coordinates Custom Animation production and department meetings.

+ Takes notes during all meetings and promptly distributes information to attendees.

+ Safeguards and maintains established procedures and processes to ensure that workflows from one department and/or business unit to the next are as seamless as possible.

+ Has thorough knowledge of all project timelines and, when necessary, communicates milestones/deadlines to Editors, Artists, TD and/or other Production Staff.

+ May perform artist check-ins to determine status of the work and direct crew in prioritizing tasks when necessary.

+ During rounds and approvals, pulls up shots, assets and reference, using Linux and/or Windows, and manages any technical issues that arise.

+ Becomes familiar with all Film & TV productions and keeps a running list of sequence delivery dates.

+ Able to navigate the intranet, network directory and asset browser and has the ability to learn the necessary computer programs.

+ Understands the production pipeline.

+ Supports Custom Animation, Marketing and Production directives.


Basic Qualifications:

+ Software requirements: Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Gmail.

+ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills.

+ 2+ years of previous Feature Animation, Short Form, Marketing and/or Creative AV Content production experience required.

+ Bachelor’s Degree required.Eligibility Requirements:

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Knowledge of Linux, Maya, Shotgun, Flix, Photoshop, After Effects and/or Illustrator is a plus.

+ Great phone etiquette, calm demeanor, growth mindset and positive attitude.

+ Interest in film, animation, marketing and/or short form creative content.
