Role Purpose

The part-time customer service representative will act as a liaison between customers and the NBC Sports Group mainly via email.



Responsibilities



+ Provide product and service information to customers

+ Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ product and service problems using the ZenDesk ticketing system

+ Assist with technical difficulties regarding the NBC Sports App, NBC Sports Gold and our video streaming apps and NBC Sports Gold ,

+ Respond to customer complaints, orders, account questions, and other inquiries

+ Maintain product knowledge of NBC Sports Apps

+ Choose scripts from knowledge base form common issues as well as add new answers to the knowledge base

+ Represent NBC Sports Group in a positive light, following appropriate escalation procedures and providing clear communications to internal teams to help troubleshoot issues.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service or related fieldAdditional Qualifications

+ Experience with video streaming apps and connected devices including Apple TV and Roku

+ Experience using twitter and the ability to monitor an account and respond to users that is on brand

+ Ability to reproduce customer issues with video streaming or account info

+ Ability to handle and priorities multiple emails in a short amount of time

+ Clear and friendly written communication skillsEligibility Requirements
