Oxygen is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the SVP, Development & International and service as the department coordinator for West Coast development.


• Manage heavy phones, calendar & contact management; development research

• Maintain pitch logs

• Follow trades & industry developments

• Maintain DVD and digital libraries and upload videos

• Manage expenses and coordinate travel

• Manage interns and other development and administrative duties

• Interface with creative executives, agents, producers and talent on a regular basis; therefore, professionalism and great customer service is needed


Basic Qualifications

• 1-2 years previous Executive Assistant experience

• College degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Job Requirements

• Interested candidate must submit a resume/CV through to be considered

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
