**Responsibilities**

**Role Summary:**

The UPHE Content Group is an independent mini-studio within the infrastructure of Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) and distribution footprint of NBCUniversal. With offices around the world and central headquarters in London, the UPHE Content Group discovers, acquires and produces a diverse range of quality content across a multitude of genres for global distribution. It’s multi-platform sales and distribution footprint includes theatrical, physical, digital (SVOD & transactional), TV (free and pay) as well as consumer products. The business uniquely focuses on managing talents, partnerships, brands and titles across all rights and across their full lifecycle.



The Digital Marketing Brand Manager is responsible for liaising with the social media, digital, media and publicity agencies and/or internal stakeholders on all the UPHE acquisitions, ensuring that their respective work products are delivered on time and according to strategy. This position oversees the creation and distribution of digital marketing materials, as well as handling special projects as assigned by the Vice President of Marketing, UPHE Content Group.

**Essential Responsibilities:**



+ Works collaboratively with all agencies to develop editorial calendars and creative briefs for all campaigns.

+ Proofs digital and media marketing materials such as graphics, content calendars, special contests or digital stunts and handles clearances with legal.

+ Review and approval of websites for all releases, to include transactional links from theatrical and home entertainment distribution.

+ Ensures all appropriate parties have signed off on materials before moving forward

+ Works with creative team and vendors to ensure all deadlines are met.

+ Acts as a liaison between creative team, outside vendors and agencies, especially when campaigns are up to the deadline.

+ Performs social media and digital analtyics for all campaigns and provides regular KPI learnings to management.

+ Interacts and maintains relationships with members of other business units at Universal, as well as third parties.

+ Tracks and shares learnings of competitive, innovative digital campaigns

+ Performs other related duties to support the departmental team and Company as requested by management.

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelor Degree.

+ 2-4 years work experience in related field, preferably within the entertainment industry.

+ Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of accuracy.

+ Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under time constraints

+ Be able to multi-task and balance priorities and deadlines in a demanding and fast paced environment.

+ Self-motivated.

+ Excellent communications skills (written & verbal.)

+ Proficient with MS Office package.Eligibility Requirements:
