The purpose of this exciting new role is to provide excellent support to China TV Distribution digital marketing team to maximize its growth opportunities through the exploitation of NBCU’s brand and content. This position will be responsible to support integrated digital marketing on SVOD and TVOD, focused on project execution and delivery in terms of operation and logistics, which requires understanding of both programming and marketing workflows. The role will be expected to liaise with NBCUniversal international teams across the US, SG, as well as the Local teams, to ensure the timely delivery of show/series materials and the full and complete integration of marketing assets.


Responsibilities –

• Generate monthly content metadata and liaise with International Operation Teams to trigger delivery.

• Manage day-to-day material delivery for China based business partners to ensure all assets are delivered on time and accurate.

• Manages promotional assets delivery and assist in retrieval of Chinese artwork and promotional assets from other local NBCU teams

• Supports the development and implementation of SNS marketing initiatives with business partners

• Supports TVOD marketing campaigns, including vendor set-up, PO raising, and merchandise logistics, etc.

• Supports marketing and screening events execution in terms of operation and logistics

• Supports Ad Hoc marketing projects if needed

Qualifications –

• 3-5 years’ experience in international company, preferably in media industry

• Knowledge of video on demand business in terms of multiple devices including mobile, tablet, PC and OTT

• Knowledge of current trends in China digital media landscape and regulation

• Interest in digital media industry, content, and marketing

• Bilingual (mandarin native) and business level English both written and verbal

• Highly motivated, meticulously detail orientated, and able to meet deadlines with high degree of accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
