**Responsibilities**

Job Summary

This is a role for content creators. This person will work with NBC’s programming to create digital content with a priority on engagement. This content should be targeted at fans and will be about getting them to share, like, comment, tag, etc. You must be able to take a concept from idea through execution and lead a dynamic team of creative individuals.



Essential Responsibilities



+ Being able to ideate, develop, and execute digital video projects

+ Deep understanding of social media platforms and their features

+ Relationships with digital publishers, creative agencies, vendors, and talent

+ Collaborate with the Head of Creative, Social Team, Brand Strategists, Programming Executives, Show Producers to ensure all assets are developed and executed to represent the program and the goals.

+ Lead cross divisional teams

+ Strong writing and verbal skills

+ Be able to formulate and present ideas to peers and senior management

+ Direct in-house and out-of-house resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality

+ Be a thought leader in creative brainstorms

+ Comfortable in a production environment and post-production suite

+ Able to direct video content

+ Provide support and direction for outside agencies and vendors

+ Design and implement digital holistic digital content strategies to support a television show

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ A bachelor’s degree in a creative discipline

+ 5 years experience in a similar role

+ Have a creative portfolio to share

+ Good verbal, written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as good interpersonal skills are required.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines

+ Leadership skills a must

+ Innovative, creative thinker with strong problem solving skills; ability to visualize, create and deliver

+ Familiar with various post-production tools and softwareEligibility Requirements:
