• Assist Senior Manager with the end-to-end analytics workflow:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to write Adobe Analytics tracking requirements for NBCUniversal’s digital initiatives (browser, mobile app and over-the-top devices)

• Communicate tracking requirements to developers

• Thoroughly test and provide quality assurance for Adobe Analytics implementations and escalate issues

• Certify Adobe Analytics through reporting validation

• Document step by step instructions for developers to replicate implementation issues

• Maintain documentation (tracking requirements, test templates, etc.) related to Adobe Analytics implementations

• Liaise with internal clients to ensure business needs are met and that digital and audience measurement platforms are leveraged effectively

• Stay up to date with Adobe Analytics and audience measurement implementation best practices, announcements and industry research


Qualifications/Requirements :

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• 0-2 years of professional experience

**Desired Characteristics**

Desired Characteristics :

• 0-2 years of relevant digital experience with a media company or agency preferred, for recent graduates an internship in similar setting a plus

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field with an emphasis on Information Systems.

• Advanced Excel skills preferred (Pivot tables, vlookup, etc.)

• Knowledge of Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, a plus

• Familiarity or working knowledge of HTML and/or JavaScript, a plus

• Strong writing and communication skills

• High degree of initiative and ability to learn with an enthusiasm towards digital data

• Ability to work quickly and accurately on multiple projects concurrently

• Independent and self-motivated, creative problem-solver with a steep learning curve
