+ This position will work closely with the Olympic Operations team as well as associated planning departments on managing tasks pertaining to the “At Home” PyeongChang Olympic Games. Tasks include, but not limited to; attending internal planning meetings, tracking follow up action items, extensive database management, budget forecasts and logistical planning leading up to and through the Games Time period.

+ PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated end date of mid-March 2018; unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.Responsibilities

+ Manage communications regarding travel logistics and assignment specifics for both PyeongChang and Stamford Personnel.

+ Train Games time Staff and Crew on in house resources and workflow processes.

+ Main liaise between Digital and multi-department groups: Games Services, Engineering, Production, HR, Finance, Facilities Administration and Studio teams.

+ Part of an overall production management group representing Digital Operations for pre-games planning and Games time execution. Responsibilities entail (but not limited to): Individual work station needs, IT/ Software requirements, staffing, scheduling, seating assignments, timekeeping, etc.

+ Maintain in house database (SCORE) to capture all accommodation, travel, and salary requirements.

+ Autonomy to resolve issues and determine how and/or when to escalate to proper constituents.

+ Ability to quickly learn and navigate several internal processes, procedures and database systems – will interact closely with the multi-departmental groups.

+ Other assignments as needed


Basic Qualifications

+ 3 years minimum Production Management experience in television or events required

+ Excellent organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

+ Proven ability to assess priorities, adapt to face-paced environments and take direction from multiple people

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, desktop publishing and ability to master in-house database systems

+ Willing to work long hours and weekends as needed

+ College degree mandatoryEligibility Requirements
