Curated, fully integrated with social media and available on a full range of devices (tablet, mobile, laptop and connected TV), hayu will launched in March 2016, offering the majority of US shows day-in-date with the US.

This is an extremely exciting new venture, marrying TV with social media and appealing to a global fan base. We are looking for a talented, entrepreneurial Digital Producer with a passion for reality TV and digital media.

• Develop creative content for hayu’s social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Snapchat. This includes, but is not limited to creating shortform videos, quote cards, memes, GIFs, cinemagraphs, and resizing images.

• Work with the wider content team to ensure all features make the best use of the wide range of videos.

• Project manage digital content from conception to publication, source raw assets for development of creative, and route to appropriate stakeholders for approval.

• Help develop social content campaigns for digital experiences, show launches and finales, tentpole programming, and other interactive initiatives.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to execute original graphics and video concepts.

• Research and create recorded, and/or live, special assignments.

• Ensure the voice, tone and mix of content fits with the overall editorial strategy.

• Monitor social trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for rich content.

• Understand and utilise web analytics.


• 3-4 years of experience producing custom social content, preferably in entertainment

• Must have a creative background and a passion for great visual storytelling

• Experience developing animation and videos and knowledge of typography

• Experience producing short form video and animations specifically for social platforms like Instagram, Snapchat and Facebook

• Strong graphics and animations skills with experience of industry-standard editing tools

• Energetic Creative who works well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

• Excellent writing skills. Experience writing headlines and social media posts a plus

• Must have an excellent eye for detail, specifically for facts, names and dates

• Experience in content management systems, specifically technical video delivery

• Passionate and knowledgeable about television and pop culture

• Ability to edit video using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro or Avid

• InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects all a plus

• A passion for reality tv, able to demonstrate up to date entertainment and popular culture knowledge with enthusiasm


• An historical knowledge of NBCU produced reality content to include series like Keeping Up With the Kardashians and The Real Housewives franchises


• Eligible to work in the EU.

• Solid experience working in broadcast or multimedia journalism for an online publisher or news agency.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
