NBCUniversal Owned Television Stations is the division of NBCUniversal that includes 30 NBC and Telemundo local television stations, a regional news network and their associated websites and digital platforms, as well as a group of out-of-home properties, a production company, an in-house marketing and promotions company and two national multicast networks, COZI TV and TeleXitos. **Responsibilities**

Role Purpose



+ Responsible for developing, generating, and maintaining new and existing business for digital properties of WKAQ and NBC Puerto Rico.

+ Work with marketers to understand their media strategy and campaign objectives and develop strategies to meet their goals

+ Collaborate with teams across the company to win new business and upsell existing advertisers

+ Collaborate closely with television sales and sales management for joint initiatives

+ Build strategy and positioning documents for bringing the offering to market

+ Prepare and present all digital media opportunities

+ Be well versed in digital advertising marketplace and trends including knowledge of Programmatic, Social, Mobile monetization, and Rich Media solutions

+ Manage a team of digital account executives

+ Lead, develop, motivate, and mentor support teams of sales planner and sales assistant by developing strong team alliance, inclusive participation and structured training

+ Meet and exceed individual and team revenue goals

+ Build strategic media plans in responsive to RFP’s

+ Maintain direct and agency client relationships, and deliver superior customer service to both internal and external clients

+ Consistent exercise of independent, judgment, and discretion in matters of significance

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s Degree from an institution accredited by the Department of Education

+ Minimum of 3+ years direct sales or sales support experience in Digital advertising industry

+ Previous Digital Sales Management experience

+ Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, and customer service skills

+ Team player with strong interpersonal skills

+ Full understanding of digital sales process, from RFP to campaign implementation

+ Capacity to work independently and collaboratively

+ Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

+ Bilingual, English & SpanishEligibility Requirements
