**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• At least 5 years of digital media / partnership / audience acquisition experience with a media brand

• Strong business development and digital marketing experience

• Experience in content distribution across earned and paid media channels

• Data focused with analytics experience using platforms like Chartbeat, Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics

**Desired Characteristics**

• Knowledge and understanding of consumer habits and how to generate engagement through desktop and mobile sourcing

• Ability to balance short-term financial targets with long-term engagement and growth goals

• Project management and campaign measurement skills

• Editorially minded creative thinker

• Celebrity and pop culture enthusiast who never tires of reading about Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum and Kim Kardashian

• Deep understanding of current platforms, especially mobile, and a curiosity about emerging platforms

• Preferred: Experience with ESPs, retention marketing, SEO best practices
