Job Summary

This role will work across all of NBC’s shows by tracking and managing the digital content campaigns. This job is mostly related to video content and working with Creative Directors, Editors, and Content Writers to ensure delivery and that the content is matching our engagement goals. The role will help ideate around content extensions and promotions and will work with the Social Media team to ensure proper publishing and activation across different websites and social media platforms. This role will report to the SVP Digital Content.

Essential Responsibilities

+ Possess a solid understanding of data analytics and interpretation

+ Deep knowledge and understanding of all social media platforms and their tools

+ Experience producing digital campaigns for high profile brands and personalities

+ Experience with different video formats and engagement strategies

+ Understand our audience and tailor our content to what sparks engagement in the form of likes, shares, tags, comments, and UGC.

+ Track all projects and be a source of information for the department

+ Ensure that strategies and feedback are being communicated across the group

+ Design and implement strategies to activate digital content across multiple platforms

+ Work with data and analytics team to track performance and provide that performance insights information back to the creative group

+ Work with 3rd party sites to publish our content


Basic Qualifications:

+ 5-7 years experience at a social and digital company or agency

+ Bachelor’s Degree

+ Understanding of digital platforms and Technologies such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and CMS software

+ Ability to influence and maintain effective working relationships with individuals and leadership within and outside the company

+ Understanding of all key performance indicators such as conversion, cost per engagement, and cost per acquisition.

+ Knowledge of Excel a must

+ A proven ability to work with data to drive creative strategyEligibility Requirements:
