Basic Qualifications:

+ 10+ years developing strategic creative programs with 5+ years in creative leadership, identifying and developing creative talent

+ Strong eye for design and how design translates to a broad range of outputs (on-screen, iPad/mobile devices, print)

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to juggle long and short-term deadlines in a dynamic working environment

+ Technical expertise:

+ Keynote, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Video Editing Software

+ Knowledge of audio/visual systems for large-scale business meetings

+ Ability to communicate information and data effectively with the use of animation, builds, as well as the creation of easy to understand charts, graphs and diagrams

+ Prior experience working with “C”-level executives

+ Experience working with cross-functional teams

+ Experienced manager with demonstrated team leadership ability

+ Must be willing to work nights and weekends and travel both domestically and internationally

+ Bachelor’s Degree required
