**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 5 years working in a technology development role to build, launch, and operate new technology products and services to enable a digital distribution business for media & entertainment

+ Minimum 5 years working with relevant technology services and distribution platforms for content delivery of both Film & TV product

+ Experience as a Technical Lead/PM to define, develop, and deliver on large, consumer-facing digital products or projects from concept to launch and including support for maintenance and post-launch operations

+ Direct experience working with content/media systems for managing rights, titles, and related digital assets including A/V components, metadata, artwork, etc. for distribution

+ Direct experience working with internal and external technology service providers, vendors, etc.

+ Proven ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams and executive stakeholders to communicate strategy, direction, and status of technology and operationally-focused projects and initiatives

+ Must be able to show examples of work including presentations, documentation, and any other artifacts that clearly demonstrate professional leadership and proficiency in day-to-day operations & technology management for digital products and services.

+ Experience with a variety of technology development methodologies including waterfall, agile, etc. including the use of any product/project collaboration tools such as Jira, Kavi, Rally, Confluence, Basecamp, etc.The successful candidate will have a proven track record demonstrating the following qualifications:

+ Ability to work in a fast paced environment with continuously changing priorities and large distributed teams

+ Highly organized with exceptional teamwork and client management skills

+ Exceptional attention to detail and ability to establish team workflows and maintain standard operating procedures by team members

+ Strong technical written/verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills

+ Ability to build strong and lasting relationships both internally within the organization and with external vendorsEligibility Requirements:

+ Experience in the transactional marketplace for digital including EST, VOD, SVOD, etc.

+ Experience with digital media specifications, e.g.: EMA Avails, EIDR, etc.

+ Experience with digital media/assets/formats, e.g.: SD/HD/4K UHD, closed-captions, sub/dub, etc.

+ Experience with establishing and maintaining data standards and integrity within both internal closed systems and cross-industry ecosystems
