Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience.

+ Strong experience in developing multicultural marketing content

+ Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) required

+ Fluency in creative advertising is necessary, including but not limited to a deep understanding of creative development/editing process, vendors and capabilities in the industry, and post-production finishing process. Theatrical marketing creative campaign experience a plus.

+ Deep understanding of multicultural media landscape, including Hispanic focused television networks and current respective programming; digital/social (English and Spanish) partners and respective creative capabilities; etc.

+ Strong organization and communication skills are required to interface effectively with internal and external parties

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft-based software: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
