**Responsibilities**

• Directs day-to-day team workflow

• Liaison for Sales leadership for proactive and reactive pitches

• Identifies cross portfolio proactive and reactive opportunities based on Category / Client Goals / Requests

• Cross Portfolio Category Leader / Platform Agnostic; Assigned to Higher tiered; developed categories

• Liaison with Designer / Creative Services Team for presentation development

• Leads client and sales ascertainment for assigned categories

• Category Strategy / Management: ideation thru oversight of project management

• Develops presentations for portfolio pitches including the aggregation of assets and ideas from NP’s and CIA

• Develop proactive and reactive client solutions for cross portfolio and Digital only RFP’s for assigned categories

• Identifies Category insights, strategy presentations and portfolio marketing programs

• First point of contact for Managers to vet, internal buy-ins, and conflict / resolution

• Oversee Project Manager work execution tied to the RFP & activation

• Project Leadership (External): Leads weekly calls, enforces timeline, oversees all project deliverables, conflict resolution, client communications

• Project Leadership (Internal): Lead for internal cross portfolio group during idea vetting and program execution: legal, clients, agency portal, CIA, Digital & Social Partnership

• Lead for client case studies presentations and video development for designated categories within their verticals

• Work with various research teams on gathering KPI’s and program metrics to inform a cross portfolio Case Study

• Work with Legal to generate all Legal docs for cross portfolio projects (NDA, Sponsorship Agreements, etc)

**Qualifications/Requirements**

•8+ years of relevant experience

•Bachelor’s Degree

•Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
